Geasea Cottage - Old Lime Kiln Workers Cottage Sleeps 3 Plus 1

Set on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, within 2 miles of the National Park and less than 10 miles from the coast, Geasea Cottage is an ideal location for your North Yorkshire coast and moors holiday. Originally a lime kiln workers cottage dating back to the 1700s, the accommodation is very spacious and has oil fired central heating throughout.

The kitchen / diner comes fully equipped and there is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The spacious lounge, with two comfy settees, also has a window seat where you can enjoy the southerly views towards the Vale of Pickering. There is a TV, DVD and plenty of books and games. To help you get the most from your stay we have gathered as much information as we can. This includes where to go, days out, where to eat, dog friendly locations, walks etc.

Upstairs there is a double room with a king size draped bed for that touch of luxury, there is ample space for a cot which can be provided. There is also a cosy, single bedroom. The bathroom has a cast iron bath with a shower over plus a toilet and huge airing cupboard.

You have a private, enclosed garden just 20m from the cottage and there is also a small patio with furniture and a small barbeque where you can enjoy the fabulous views over the adjacent 9 hole pay to play golf course. We also have golf clubs for hire, storage for your bicycles and you are welcome to play tennis on the private court in our grounds.

There is ample, safe, off road parking outside the cottage, we welcome a well behaved dog and there are fabulous walks close to the cottage.
